Davide Scavo
Game Producer
Live Ops & Player Experience
I align teams, systems, and production to ship scalable game experiences that hold over time.
I work at the intersection of production, design, and product.
My role is to ensure that gameplay systems, progression, economy, and live operations are not built in isolation, but aligned, implementable, and sustainable once they reach real players.
With experience across Microsoft, ID@Xbox, and live game environments, I bring a production-first mindset supported by strong system design and player behavior understanding.
What I Do

Production & Team
I ensure that design, development, and product move in the same direction.
Align cross-functional teams on priorities and constraints.
Manage dependencies across gameplay, systems, and live ops.
Turn design intent into clear, implementable production tasks.
Support decision-making through trade-off clarity.
This is where games succeed or fail.
Game Systems Built for Live Environments
Each case study shows not only system design, but how those systems translate into production decisions, trade-offs, and scalable player experiences.

About

I come from a background where execution, systems, and scalability are not optional, they are what determine whether something actually works.
Over time, I applied that mindset to games, focusing not just on how systems are designed, but on how they are built, aligned, and maintained in real production environments.
Today, I work as a Game Producer, ensuring that teams, systems, and product direction stay aligned from concept to live operations.
I don’t just design features, I make sure they can be implemented, connected, and sustained once they go live.
My role sits at the intersection of production, design, and product. I coordinate across teams, manage dependencies, and support decision-making to ensure that gameplay systems, progression, economy, and live operations work as a cohesive whole.
Because in the end, games don’t fail on ideas. They fail when systems break in production.
My job is to make sure they don’t.
